I've had this one for at least 3 years now and it still works perfectly. It's awkward if you have short hair (I just got a bad cut and the bangs are too short to straighten now), but I suppose you'd get that with any larger flat iron. I have had no problems with this flat iron since I got it. It heats up quickly, and it's easy to use.

This product is working really well for me. I get cow licks and flips, but this controls them (provided it's not raining outside or humid). I use the CHI silk infusion in conjunction with this flat iron for smooth, shiny results that I cannot get with a blow dryer and brush.

I do not know what people are saying when they say the the chi works just as good as other flat irons its not true it works better im assuming those girls have thin hair that is easy to straighten. I have a CHi and have had it for 2 and a half years i finally let my mom have it and i am buying myself a new one. I love it and all my girlfriends always want to use it also. I am very picky and CHI is all i will buy.
