My sister and I both use this iron and we have slightly wavy to straight hair, not too thick. It heats up really fast, it gets hot enough and does the job. It's just a little too heavy and wide if you have short hair, but if you want to do your whole head, it's quite effective.
Been using it for over 2 years and it's still in great shape.

I almost bought the Chi in the beauty store. Luckily, a woman stopped me and said "I got mine at Amazon for a lot less". I left the store immediately and went home and ordered the Chi flat iron. I am extremely happy with it. I am also amazed how quickly I received it!

I love my CHI! It works wonders on my hair... I will never go anywhere without it. Great product! The prices on this website or as low as you will find them promise... I have looked at other places and at one particular salon they were charging $110.00 more for the same thing here!
