Prior to purchasing this item, I had an inexpensive flat iron that produced mediocre result. The first time I used the CHI flat iron, the results were like night and day. I have stubborn hair that has many cowlicks which are hard to straighten; the CHI, however, had no problem taming my hair.

my hairdresser recommended chi flat straightening iron for my curly hair and so far i am very happy about the results since i have a very unruly curly hair this product work wonders for my kind of hair. it is a little bit pricey but, it is worth the money

I've been very pleased with this product. I started using it in 1999, unfortunatedly, one of my kids got to my other one, dropped it, and the plate fell,which caused me to start searching. That's when I met you guys. The product was/is the absolute same, only less money. I've been spreading the word about you, and your products. I don't don't know what'd I would do without my CHI. I've had 3 Chi irons now. They work like no other, i've treid other flat irons and it is defenitly the best. I did have the common problem of the power going from the swivel cord comming loose but that was only after 1-2 years of day after day straightening VERY curly/wavy hair. Its def worth the money, i'm about to buy my fourth one now.

I was so excited when I first received the CHI. It is a great product and I am totally satisfied with the results each time. My hairstylist bought a CHI from one of our local beauty supply stores and it has went out multiple times. She is now going to order one from this company.
