I do think CHI is a great falt iron. It not only creates incredible straight hair, but also makes my hair become smooth. I have used it for 3 years, and it is still going excellent.

I've had this for a little over a year now. My hair is shoulder-length and REALLY thick and wavy/curly. The plates aren't too thin for my thick hair, and my hair is straight in less than 25 minutes. The plastic construction seems a tiny bit flimsy, but I treat it well, and it's not breaking apart or anything. The burnt smell is there, yes, but it leaves almost immediately, and since I put a finishing serum on, my hair never smells like I flat ironed it. Great for the price.

i was given these as present. They are still as good as beginning! Warm up time fast, then with the correct know how turn out as good as when hairdressers style my hair. Also best ever item I've used for curling my hair! It has got to be best thing I've ever been given! Fantastic!
