I absolutely love this flat iron. I have to agree with the majority of the reviewers here that this is the ultimate flat iron. I have not received mine yet, but my friend let me use her "chi" flat iron since I had forgotten mine.

I went for the Chi flat iron. I didn't really appreciate how well it works until I used a cheaper ceramic flat iron one day. It made me realize I had been taking the Chi for granted. It gets my hair extremely straight.

My hair stylist recommended the Chi flat iron, and I have not regretted this purchase. It is a great investment, especially when it is something I use on my own hair every day. The flat iron uses the perfect amount of heat, so don't hesitate that there isn't a heat adjustment button.

I've had mine for about 2.5 yrs and it's still working like I bought it yesterday. I read the other reviews, and most said they didn't like it an it damaged their hair, which may be true, but I've never had any problems like that with mine. I guess it all depends on your hair, and how well you take care of the product.

I JUST ordered one for myself and I love it. My daughters have had theirs for about two years now, and they are heating and straightening like no ones business. This is a fabulous flat iron and you CANNOT beat the price for a Chi!!
