I have used many flat irons before and none have worked, but then I tried my cousin's CHI one day and I was amazed. You don't even get these results in the hair salons (... forgot to flat iron my hair (forgetting I had my CHI). When I remembered I had one I didn't need to worry, because with CHI.. you can forget

This iron is the best, it doesnt get too hot because it has multiple heat settings, and it also doesnt fry your hair.

I recommend this CHI to ANYONE! I LOVE IT!! My wavy frizzy hair is now straight and tame, and I get compliments constantly. I wish I would have bought one 10 years ago. I had purchased a Revlon previously - total waste of $30!! You get what you pay for, and with the CHI, you get amazing results!
