I bought it, I used it for quite a long time, probably over 6 months to a year. It works great on my hard-to-manage and naturally curly hair, and left it nice and shiny-looking. It gets hot, stays hot, and just seemed to be the perfect flat iron for it's price.

My sister and I both use this iron and we have slightly wavy to straight hair, not too thick. It heats up really fast, it gets hot enough and does the job. It's just a little too heavy and wide if you have short hair, but if you want to do your whole head, it's quite effective.
Been using it for over 2 years and it's still in great shape.

I bought this Chi last week and have been so very happy with it. I have shoulder length hair that is very thick and wavy...I'd previously been using a cheap flat iron... you are done using your flat iron you usually just wrap the cord around it...
