Automatic Shut-off
The new generation GHD IV Styler has been fitted with a comprehensive safety feature to prevent you from accidentally leaving your hair straighteners on when unattended. 15 minutes after being turned on, the styler will "beep" to announce that it is entering "cool down" mode. It will continue to "beep" during this phase until it is completely cool after a further 15 minutes (30 minutes after being turned on), a which point it will turn itself off. Important Note: If you are still using your new generation GHD IV Styler when it enters "cool down" mode, simply switch them off and then on to reset the timer.

I`ve never wtite a review for a product my entire life,but this iron is worth writing one.I received mine today and i usedit.it`s amaizing,it took me half the time and my hair is straight,shiny like movie stars.

Love it! It was affordable and heats up quick. The large plates make it easy to iron entire head in matter of minutes. I have long (mid back), thick, mostly straight hair. It takes me less than 5 minutes with partially wet hair to completely style and dry. I love the comb feature as it prevents tangling and accidental crimping!

This is one of two straightners that I've used in my life and the other one was European and more expensive. They do the exact same thing! It is so quick to heat up and straighten my coarse, thick hair. Just do not take it to New Zealand, like I did, unless you have an adapter AND a converter. ;) I've attached a picture with friends (I'm the redhead on the far left) and one with my brother. Enjoy tame, straighter hair!

for my bad hair day (week, month, year...) I bought a CHI flat ceramic iron, with some trepidation. They aren't cheap. Wow, I had to pay over $100 and this at a discount...ultimately not enchanted. How it works The iron is rather heavy, has two flat tongs lined with a ceramic plate on each tong's inner surface.
