Automatic Shut-off
The new generation IV Styler( MK4 ) has been fitted with a comprehensive safety feature to prevent you from accidentally leaving your hair straighteners on when unattended. 15 minutes after being turned on, the styler will "beep" to announce that it is entering "cool down" mode. It will continue to "beep" during this phase until it is completely cool after a further 15 minutes (30 minutes after being turned on), a which point it will turn itself off. Important Note: If you are still using your new generation IV Styler when it enters "cool down" mode, simply switch them off and then on to reset the timer.

have had 2 CHI flat irons in the past but this flat iron is much better. I highly recommend this product

I LOVE the Chi flat iron! It is so easy to use leaving my curly hair smooth and shiny. (Using Sexy's Smooth an Seal helps this as well.) The cord is long, flexible, and stores easily. The only problem is that the iron falls over easily.

Chi flat iron is much better than a regular flat iron. It really does straightens the hair better. I first learned about the Chi from an advertisement on tv. However, I ... daughter's hair sometimes and she used her Chi flat iron and when I saw my daughter's hair it really liked as if she had just come from a professional beauty shop.

totally the best flat iron ever! Smooths my hair and definatley doesn't damage it as much as other flat irons do. It doesn't pull or fry my hair at all!
