I purchased this flat iron last summer after using other flat irons that left my thick shoulder length hair looking frizzy. This iron is easy to use, sturdy, does not pull or snag hair and leaves my hair nice and smooth. I sometimes do not even use serum on my hair and it still looks great. I am very pleased so far and hope that this ron continues to work well.

i just got my new chi. it is by far the best straightner i have ever used. i use it everyday. i have very curly thick and frizzy hair and the chi tames the wildness. it has left my hair feeling soft and shiny. totally worth the money!!

I bought this iron 7-8 yrs ago. It took some getting used to because it is difficult to get all the way at the roots without burning yourself, but it can be done. The ONLY reason I have switched is because I cut my hair short. The wide plates make it very difficult to get a curl with short hair:(.

I am mixed with black and white and have VERY tight frizzy curls. I bought my first chi and it was well worth it i have not had to for long but even if it last me a year its cheaper then going to a salon!!!!
