I have never had one problem with this iron, I've had it for over three years now and use it regularly in the salon! This iron leaves the hair silky smooth and the style lasts till the next day, unlike other irons that claim to do the same job, this iron really produces results. I love CHI products and give them all a five star rating.

I have long, thick, wavy, color treated hair, and my hair looks a million times healthier after I straighten it. I have no trouble getting to the roots. It heats up very quickly. My only complaint it that it cools down fequently when you use it, but it always heats back up fast. It may just be because my hair is so thick.

My chi straightener just came in the other day ...a gift from my mother who swears by it. I was hesistant at first, being one of those that believes most ... to my cheek with a healthy bounce and sheen. Another positive factor for this iron is that the bottom is slightly flat, so it's easier to place on the counter

product is amazing!! I really luv it. First time when they shipped to me, the flat iron was not working at all. but they replaced with a new one.. it works jus great, i got awesome results and i would definitely recommend it to others. since i bought it im very satisfied the way my hair looks, straight and bouncy
