It can be tracked by going to www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp.Once you make orders here,you will get an email noticing Order confirmation with tracking number together.

4. What can i do if my items are faulty and i want to change it?

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to let us know, we will endeavour to sort this out for you.

5. What if i am not available on my delivery date?

If you are not available to sign for your order then it will be returned to your local sorting office for an automatic delivery, or an arrangement made by yourself. A delivery card should have been left.

6. How to maintain the products?

Please refer to the maintenance attached in the box. Also you can get more information on the internet.

7. Do you have wholesale?
